A Quick Story…
I've dipped my toes into various jobs and even tackled college, hoping to find that perfect fit for my creative spirit. However, despite the hustle and bustle of different experiences and earning my college degree, I've come to realize that none of them quite quenched my creative thirst. Each job had its own charm, and college brought growth, but there was this itch for something more creatively fulfilling and deeper connection.
Interestingly, my then-future-now-husband, Jeff, was the one who subtly noticed my arrow directing me towards photography. The simple joy I found in creatively capturing moments with my iPhone during our travels didn't go unnoticed by him. And when he surprised me with my first "big girl camera" (a DSLR camera), my life took a transformative turn. Little did he know, not only did he change my life with the camera but also when he proposed, creating another beautiful shift.
Today, Jeff and I share our lives with two wonderful boys and a silly goldendoodle, and we've planted roots I never thought possible.

It’s those little details that matter the most when you’re looking at your photos later in life. The sly smile of your toddler. The wrinkled lines on your newborn baby’s soft, tiny feet. The way your love looks into your eyes. It’s why I spend time getting to know you and listening to you.

Before every photo shoot, I meditate on the vision of what your photos will look like, and consider the time of day and perfect lighting. I’m thinking about the stories you’ve shared with me. The character of your kids and your significant other. The colors and styles of your clothes that will bring everything together into a timeless heirloom.
There’s a lot of beauty in this world and I want to be an instrument who brings it to life, capturing the moments you will treasure forever.

I have something inside me that urges me to go on epic adventures in places that I've never been before. I'm obsessed with immersing myself into other cultures by learning their customs, enjoying the local cuisine, and even trying to pick up on the language.
To date I've been to 11 countries around the world and I cannot wait to add more stamps to my passport!

You know when you get asked that question, "if you could meet anyone dead or alive..." Well, my answer is Oprah. I am in love with her life story and in awe of her philanthropy efforts. Plus, she's got more talent than I could ever wish for.
If I ever do get to meet her and get to ask one question, I would ask "With how complicated life can be, how do you handle everything with such grace and positivity?" Although, let's be real - I'd probably be too star struck to say anything at all!

I still have the movie tickets from when I took my oldest son, Baker, to his first movie at 3 years old. I was SO excited for him and even more elated when he lasted through the entirety of The Boss Baby: Family Business.
I will go to the movies just for the sake of going or because there's a blockbuster movie that just came out that has to be seen in the theatre. I have no problem going alone, too! My husband tends to fall asleep in the comfort of the plush recliners but you'll find me with all the buttery popcorn and candy enjoying every second. Hoping that Baker and I will have movie dates for many years to come...and maybe Baby Miles will join us someday!

When I first ventured into living on my own, the kitchen became my playground and cooking, my newfound love. It all started with the simplest recipes (think boxed mac and cheese!), but as I experimented and added my own twists, I discovered the magic of turning ingredients into delicious creations. Over time, cooking evolved from a necessity to an absolute joy, and now, it's easily one of my favorite hobbies.
What makes this culinary journey even more special is having a professional chef for a husband, who not only appreciates but agrees that I've earned my stripes as a great home chef. It's a delightful shared passion that brings us together, creating not just meals but a passion for really good food.

Back in high school, getting my nails done was strictly reserved for dances and special occasions – you know, those moments where a touch of glam felt absolutely necessary. Little did I know that what started as an occasional treat would soon become a staple in my life. Fast forward to today, and a great manicure has become an essential part of who I am. It might sound a bit silly, but there's something empowering about having well-done nails that makes me feel put together and ready to conquer the day.
My go-to style has evolved over the years, settling into a love for almond-shaped manicures with a more neutral tone. But, of course, my adventurous side likes to make an appearance now and then with some exciting pops of color. Whether I'm keeping it subtle or going all out, my nails are my canvas, and I love the confidence they bring to my everyday adventures.

I am at my best self when I am balanced. I use reiki, crystals, meditation, manifestation and positive energy to stay that way.
I love astrology, horoscopes and tarot cards, too. I see repeating numbers all the time! I've had the most enlightening psychic readings and have even recently been told that I am highly intuitive. I'm not sure I'm ready to add "clairvoyant" to my resume but it's fun to think that I am very "in tune" with the universe.
